royalty free
Unless otherwise indicated, the majority of pictures are "royalty
free". This means that you do not pay royalties each time you
use a particular picture. Once you purchase a picture, you can use
that picture time and again without any further payment, as long
as the usage is within our specified terms and conditions.
rights managed
Where a picture is indicated as "rights managed" we will
usually grant unrestricted use of that picture within country of
purchase for one year under the same price structure. Our stipulation
is that we are made aware of how that picture is to be used and
that it falls within our specified terms and conditions. If you
require additional rights such as prohibition or limitation on others
to use a particular picture, this can be made by request and will
usually incur an additional charge.

but only in a positive manor. Exclusions are for controversial,
